When a ship bound for the Far East is blown up in the London Docks, two of Scotland Yard’s finest are called in to investigate. They find evidence of sabotage and begin tailing one of the dockers, Williams. The police discover that he is a member of a sabotage group, who will not let Williams’ detection go unpunished. The two policemen find themselves drawn deeper into a web of violence.
