Batten down the hatches and fluff up the pillows! Grif and Jenny Henderson are sailing for Europe - and bound for marital mayhem. With their expected comic precision, James Garner and Debbie Reynolds play the Hendersons in a spirited romp from three masters of laughter on home and movie house screens: writer-producers Garry Marshall and Jerry Belson and director Jerry Paris. The Hendersons are a loving, All-American couple who try to bridge the generation gap with their free-spirited son on a trip abroad. But once on the continent, family relations run aground when some teenage girls enter the picture - and a scheming French playboy (Maurice Ronet) focuses his roving eye on Jenny. Frisky business and misunderstandings galore ensue, all funny, vibrant and charming. That's How Sweet It Is!
