Discover
Regina Louise was abandoned by her parents. She ultimately ends up in foster care where she is shuffled between 30 different families. Jeanne Kerr, a counselor, empathizes with her and they form a bond which leads to a petition for adoption. Regina is a young black child, where Jeanne is white.
