Journey to the Center of the Earth is a 2008 American-Canadian made-for-television action adventure film shot on location in and around Vancouver in the summer of 2007. It is very loosely based on the novel of the same name by Jules Verne. It was shot in HD and first aired on February 4, 2008. It has since been released on DVD. Victoria Pratt and Peter Fonda's characters were added from the original story.
