It is 1939. A battered old ship is sailing to the neutral port of Esperanto when it is sunk by a German U-boat. Captain Ferguson and his crew row ashore where the Captain vows revenge. However, the other intelligence officers wish to follow the U-boat to its meeting place and infiltrate the crew with an undercover agent. Ferguson still wishes to capture the U-boat, however, so he opts instead to attack a different one. His crew board the boat and after a tussle with the Nazis, seize control. Captain Ferguson has broken navy policy by defying orders, but how will he achieve his mission with his reputation still intact?
