Pyaasa Sawan is a 1981 Bollywood drama film, produced by Prasan Kapoor under the Tirupati Pictures Enterprises banner and directed by Dasari Narayana Rao. It stars Jeetendra, Reena Roy, Moushmi Chatterji in the lead roles and music composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal. This is regarded as one of the classic hits of the lead actor Reena Roy. The film was highly successful as was its songs. The film is a remake of Telugu movie Yedanthasthula Meda (1980), starring Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Jaya Sudha, Sujatha in the pivotal roles.
