There is a killer on the loose-dismembering bodies, preying on the rich and famous, exploiting their devious sexual appetite. When severed body parts are found by the pristine shores of Thailand, the police have no clue where to look for the maniac killer. When the next victim is proclaimed to be the son of a prominent politician, the cops dreadfully turn to Tai, a mysterious imprisoned hitman who believes the killer is linked to his dark past.
