Tank Malling

A gritty urban thriller in the European film noir tradition, Beyond Soho follows Tank Malling (Ray Winstone,) a tough-guy reporter framed and imprisoned for perjury. Just released from jail, Malling is assigned to cover the racetrack beat. Amanda Donohue plays Helen Searle, a call girl who shares with Malling her stories of the prevailing corruption. But when Malling takes an interest and starts investigating the wrongdoings, someone begins killing people significant to his story. To make matters worse, no one is willing to publish Malling’s story.
