Discover
A Parisian socialite hires Elmer E. Tuttle, a bumbling plumber, to fix her shower and then decides that he might be of use as part of her plan to incite jealousy in a would-be lover. Enlisted to present himself as a romantic rival, Elmer’s hapless ways soon complicate everyone’s plans as he runs into mishaps at high society parties.
