The Road of Life (Spanish: El camino de la vida) is a 1956 Mexican drama film directed by Alfonso Corona Blake. At the 6th Berlin International Film Festival it won the Honourable Mention (Director) award. The film is about three young criminal boys who await sentencing in Mexico City's Juvenile Court. One boy murdered his stepfather to protect his mother; the second boy blinded his chief tormentor; and the third resorts to stealing to support his family. Lawyer Enrique Lucero begins the task of rehabilitating the three to become good and be acceptable to society.
