Robert Francis Harper was an American actor, perhaps most well known for his role as Sharkey in Once Upon a Time in America. He also portrayed Charlie Gereson in Creepshow and Bubba 'Si' Weisberger in the CBS sitcom Frank's Place. Other film credits include Wiseguy, Final Analysis, The Insider, Deconstructing Harry, and Molly. He also appeared on Broadway in Once in a Lifetime, The Inspector General and Arthur Miller's The American Clock.
