Be Our Chef: Hidden Within

In Round Three of "Be Our Chef," the returning Merrill family goes up against kitchen newcomers Andre, Maylynn, Andre JR., and Nataly Perez in a "Mulan"-themed challenge. They must create a main dish that, similar to Mulan’s journey to find her inner hidden warrior, contains an unexpected and hidden ingredient. The families explore the China Pavilion at Epcot, sample the treats the park has to offer, and meet Mulan herself before heading into the kitchen. The Merrill family plans to disguise a classic dish that looks like it could be from the movie. The Perez family aims to create a surprise for a big plating reveal. The Garden Game matches Dylan and Addison Merrill against Andre and Nataly Perez in a skill that tests their coordination and speed while using chopsticks. But who will be able to pick up the advantage? There are fireworks in the kitchen when torches and sizzling pans get involved. When the 60 minutes are up, Chef Gregg can pick only one winner.
