Chip and Joanna Gaines take Isabel and Justin Reed on a tour through three houses in Waco, Texas. Justin is a lawyer and Isabel's a part-time realtor and stay-at-home mom. The couple started their life together in a tiny town, which was Justin's preference. Then after starting a family, he conceded and moved his family to Waco. The Reeds have a generous budget of $450,000 allowing them lots of options to satisfy both their tastes. They're looking for a 4-bedroom, 4-bath house with a big kitchen, an open living area, a front porch and a nice play area for their two daughters.
