The Grand Design team, led by Kevin McCloud, follow the progress of a pioneering architectural project - the first of its kind in the UK. In a brand new community, ten households are planning and building their own homes, creating a street unlike any other. We follow these intrepid builders of all ages as they embark on the construction of their ambitious dream homes.
