House Hunters Renovation: A nerve-racking renovation

Childhood sweethearts look for the perfect starter home in Swampscott, MA. They're hoping to find a home with grass-free backyard where the kids can play sports, an open-style kitchen, hardwood floors, a mudroom and front porch. In order to stay under budget, they're willing to buy a fixer-upper and take on the renovation themselves.
