House Hunters Renovation: Riding the Renovation Wave

Tony and his roommate Will have been scouring Los Angeles for an architecturally unique home that they can call their own. Adding to the challenge for their friend and real estate agent Jack Gladden is that they also want three bedrooms, a pool and room to renovate so they can add their own distinct style. After seeing some very out-of-the-ordinary homes, they'll finally agree on one and dive into a renovation like no other. Their designer and contractor Yvonne Landivar will help them through everything from mold issues to structural challenges to a ballooning budget.
