Island Life: Couple Longs for Permanent Vacation on South Padre Island

Jim and Helen both grew up near South Padre Island and have spent many vacations there–even spring break during college. While living in San Antonio, they've traveled around the world but ultimately SPI, with its warm waters and sandy beaches, is where they want to settle down.
