La Línea Invisible

7th of June of 1968. ETA’s leader – Txabi Etxebarrieta, crosses the “invisible line” by killing the Galician Civil Guard José Antonio Pardines, the first of over 850 victims murdered by the terrorist organization. A few hours later, Txabi Etxebarrieta himself is taken down in a shooting with the Guardia Civil, thus becoming the first terrorist to kill and the first to die in the history of ETA.
