Desta, a designer on Love It or List It and Mark, a musician who also works with the show, have bought a fixer-upper. Their big design plans for the home have turned into a constant battle between them, and they need help from Designer Hilary and Realtor David. Hilary hopes to keep Desta away from the plans as she finishes renovating the home. David shows the young couple a hip location where he thinks they should be living.
