Made: Alaric Is Made Into a Rocker

At school, Alaric is known as a Kumbayah-singing hippie. Now she's going to be MADE into the rocking leader of her own band. In New York, her MADE coach Kat -- lead singer of the punk band, Majorette -- puts Alaric on the spot to perform her assigned song in front of a packed audience. An unprepared Alaric gets booed. Kat is unhappy, but works to prepare Alaric to lead a band in her school's annual talent show in six weeks. Back in her hometown, Alaric holds band auditions. At the auditions, Kat senses that Alaric is consulting her best friend Sam instead of making her own decisions. Alaric reluctantly removes Sam from the band. Kat helps Alaric to write lyrics that connect to her audience. Later, Alaric convinces the student council to make the talent show a benefit for the Hurricane Katrina victims. Guitarist and school-mate Blake is added to the band. After a rock-star makeover, Alaric names her band Snapshot. Kat feels that Alaric has proven herself as a leader and permits her to let Sam back into the band. Alaric's band wins the sold out talent competition. The most important thing to Alaric is that a judge appreciated her message. Alaric was MADE into a rocker!
