Bert and Robby Stjernholm along with their son Sam, are working in a tight bathroom space that was built in the 1940s and comes with a lot of challenges. Sean Smith, host and professional contractor will be there to give the Stjernholms the answers they need when they run into trouble. A panel of experts will inspect the space before the upgrade, and when the project is finished they'll be back to estimate the cost of the renovation. If the homeowners spend less than what the contractor panel thinks the renovation is worth, the Stjernholms win the difference in cash.
