Professional Grade: Making a Majestic Master Bedroom

Host Chris Grundy challenges an army reservist, Brandon Washington, to remodel the master bedroom of the home he shares with his wife, Megumi, like the pros for a chance to win cash. Chris brings in guest judges to inspect the new space and estimate the cost of the renovation. If the expert estimate is more than what was actually spent on the project, Brandon and Megumi win the difference in cold, hard cash!! Megumi is in Japan due to a death in the family, and the couple hasn't seen each other much in the last year. Brandon's been deployed twice and she has been out of the country on business. He wants to do something for her while she's gone to show how much he misses her, so he's decided to renovate their master bedroom, which is in serious need of a facelift. It's small and cramped, has no access to the bathroom, and has an awkward closet arrangement. So he wants to make it better, but he's never tackled anything even remotely close to this in scale, and he has limited help and a limited budget.
