The Beasts of Marseilles

During the Second World War, British prisoners, Dave and Jim, escape and hide in the old quarter of Marseilles. Many others are waiting in this labyrinth of streets for the next stage in their escape from occupied France. Some are introduced to a Dr Martout, whom everybody believes to be a heroic man who will smuggle them out of the country. But Dave and Jim uncover a far more sinister side to the man and his operation.
